M.Grey Collection Return Policy

At M.Grey Collection, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love your purchase. If, for any reason, you're not entirely satisfied, please follow the guidelines below for returns. 

Returns Procedure:

• To initiate a return, kindly send us an email with your return information to info@mgrey.co.za. Please include your order details and reason for the return. 
• If you're returning a product due to sizing, you are required to arrange and cover the shipment fees for the delivery of your parcel back to us. We will then examine the garment, and if it is in good condition, we will send the new garment in the requested size.

Terms and Conditions:

• Our return policy applies exclusively to products purchased from M.Grey Collection.
• We have a strict 7-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 7 working days of receiving the product and return it to M.Grey Collection via courier.

Refund Policy:

• We regret to inform you that we have a non-negotiable no-refund policy.
• However, we are pleased to offer the following options:
  1. Replacement: If the product is still in stock, we'll gladly replace the purchased item with the same product.
  2. Gift Voucher: If the original product is no longer available, we will issue a gift voucher for the same value as the initially purchased product. This voucher can be used on the M.Grey Collection online store.
